We have just used Rendertime for an animation which had a quick turnaround and it has turned out to be the least stressful animation I have ever done !
Sending the rendering out also allowed us more time than usual to do post work which enhanced the overall movie and went down well with the client.
Below are a few points which Nathan helped us with;
- kept to our budget
- sorted out a long standing problem we have had with flickering - for free
- prioritized our project
- re-rendered cameras which had dropped maps and proxies - for free
- rendered in 8 hours what would have taken us 2 weeks
- we received the frames on time and correct
As you can tell, I am very happy with Rendertime and as a first time using a render farm have landed on our feet.

Recently I almost purchased a set of hi precision titanium drill bits, highly trained professionals were waiting at the other end of the phone line to take my call - I was totally sold- then I realised I didnt have a drill 
on a more serioius note, what measures are in place so that a disgruntled employee does’nt walk away with your hard work (this is for renderfarm companies in general and not specific to rendertime)
