Here is a work in progress project. I met the preliminary milestone deadline late last night. The exterior image needs some more work on the landscape, I will wait and see the clients comments.

Thanks alrami! I need to develop the lower levels a lot more than is shown. For this submittal it got the idea across.
What will be down there is lighter and a more living room feel, similar to the 2nd image, but more like a car showroom. The lower level will have an area for car maintenance (washing, service, etc). I am developing construction drawings and details right now I can show you if you want. Thanks!
