Very nice job.Only one small detail that I miss is the hinges and lock in the doorpost.
I dont think you would see the door hinges or hardware. The only thing that you might see would be the strike plate.

the overall lighting is nice but to me the light is too cool/green in the stairwell.
that comes because the front walls are painted with a small blue touch!
The lighting Values are realy nice, althought the image seems to be a little flat for my taste. i think putting some contrast in it will create alot more depth, taking care of that “too cool” of a feel in the stairwell.

I also suffer from this, sometimes it can make an image look horrible, and the only way i try and fix it is to add more coloured objects into the scene, or change the colour of the walls etc.
I always tend to use HSV Exponential colour mapping, not sure if this is why - what method was used for this - perhaps linear because of the over bright (but correct) sunlight on the floor?
