Any ideas? This shut down our presentation today which is not cool.
@winterriver1971 Try to delete all folders in %TEMP% with a name like “EnscapeStandalone_r4wcbqk3.huj”
It looks like the standalone is not extracting any files there because the folder already exists, but some files in there got deleted.
I’ve been having this same issue for the past few days. Tried un-installing and re-installing Enscape, which didn’t make a difference. Based on what some other forum posts were saying, I deleted all the Enscape temp files (files like “EnscapeStandalone_xyz123.vyd”) in here:
C:\Users*username*\AppData\Local\Temp
This seems to have resolved the issue for me. At least for the time being.
