REVIT 2025 + Enscape 4.8.0.723 - Assets not visible

Hi,

We have issues with the latest Enscape Version (4.8.0.723) and assets that we have placed in our scene. The assets are all from the Enscape Assets library but for some reason once placed do not appear. It is a problem as we have many scenes set-up with previous versions and now we need to revert back to be able to see them.

Previous Version: 4.6.0.451 and Some example of the assets not visible anymore:

  • All the Creeper Plant from 040 to 068

  • Fallen Leaves 032 and 034

  • Some other trees (not tested all)

  • Some of the persons (especially the most recent)

Are we able to fix this issue or should we revert back completely? It is a waste of hours in the office honestly.

If this behavior still persists you may want to revert back to the prior version that was working without problems but if possible please also forward us a direct support report incl. log files just so that our support team can generally troubleshoot the cause behind this issue. It is not required to remain on 4.8 but the report itself will suffice.
