Revit - Escape: rendering stops at 0%, GPU issue?

Enscape (3.1.1+53717) works fine on Revit (2020.2.5) but when I try to take a screenshot, print or take a panorama it starts and stops at 0%, I don’t even ear the fan turning on.

I have an AMD Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics (the driver is updated) and I suppose that the problem is related to the GPU: while working on Enscape I can see on Radeon Software that it’s not using the GPU.

I’ve put Enscape in High Performance settings on Radeon Software and even prioritized it on graphic settings.

Don’t know if it’s useful but the processor is AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, on a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cw1xxx.

I’ve followed the Enscape gpu setting tutorial exactly and that didn’t fix anything, and the settings were proper anyhow.
