Revit Loading: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values

Hello,

We are getting an error when loading a specific model into Enscape. “Specified argument was out of the range of valid values: Parameter Name: material.” Any idea how to fix this? We have updated Enscape and graphics driver for the NVidia card on our MSI laptops.

i sent the information using the recommended route.

but being an enterprise setup, not sure if the contact will be via the admin team or if i will have visibility.
