Here is a new project we have just finished for a local restaurant here in Beirut
I worked on part of the modeling and did the exterior renders while my colleague worked on the interior
Very nice work, the only things that are throwing me off a bit are in the firs set the first image, the knotts in the timbers up top are repeating I think a bit too much, the second image looks like there is an umbrella in the pool and the poo its self is way too still, should ad just a hint of noise to the surface as to me personally I thought that was glass but that is just me nitpicking otherwise fantastic images 
You produce very nice renderings and these are no exception. Details, textures, lighting, composition are all so good. (Agree with comment about the water in the pool). Good on you.

I do agree on both comments ,will see if the client ask for any adjustment then I will revised them .
