round edges_plug in?

Hello,

I have noticed, on some video files(tutorials), beetwen standard icons, something that looks like tool for rounding edges of the 3D shape. I woud like to ask if anyone can tell, where from I can downlaod it, or if anyone can sand it to me … I would apreciate that very much, because i needed that thing so many times.
