Thoroughly confused because I have a new graphics card and my work computer is slower but can run Enscape and really worried I’m going to damage my computer, I see some threads online but don’t know how to fix the issue, any suggestions? Thank you!

I think it is rather unlikely that your computer may be damaged here, but in order to investigate whether the slowdown may be caused by, e.g., an outdated NVIDIA graphics card driver or similar, please kindly submit a dedicated support report including log files as detailed here: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
In the meantime, if you haven’t already recently, you can already try updating said graphics card drivers by acquiring the latest version for your particular graphics card here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

Is it only Revit/Enscape or any GPU intensive apps? Is your computer going through a UPS? Is your PSU powerful enough for the GPU?
