We’ve encountered a strange issue where, after disabling Enscape in the SketchUp Extension Manager and restarting SketchUp to re-enable it, Ruby’s Thread class becomes completely non-functional. All threads fail to execute, which disrupts local services required by other SU plugins, causing them to malfunction. Has anyone else experienced this problem or found a workaround?

There have been similar cases reported before (mostly in connection with V-Ray), but in this case, it would be best to forward this issue via our Help Center (or the support button if available to you) as detailed here. Please feel free to add any log excerpts or similar in the submission form itself before sending in the request as well.
