Running DRspawner.exe MAC using Parallel Desktop

I’m using VRay on a PC, and have a MAC at disposal.

I have tried to run DRspawner.exe on the MAC, in Windows XP, using Parallel Desktop, but it crashes immediately :frowning: is this because I do something wrong, or because it’s not possible ?

I’m not to familiar with the exact ins and outs of the spawner, so hopefully Joe or Devin will be able to give some specifics, but I would believe that its an issue with running the spawners through parallels.

Ok thanks. But does DRspawer for MAC work together with VRay running on windows ? and is it possible to download DRspwaner for MAC when I have bought it for windows ?

If you’re dual booting into windows then the spawner should run fine. I think its the windows emulation that is getting in the way. Right now we do not have a DR Spawner for Mac or for Linux natively. Chances are, if we did have them, you could get them free of charge (no license is required for the spawners).
