Running Vray license server on 64bit machine crashed Windows

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max Issues

Running WinXP 64 bit
Dual Intel processors
4GB Ram

Installed 64bit version of WIBU drivers.
Launched VRay license server

Whole system crashes.

Ideas?

Which installation package of the WIBU drivers are you using.
Can you point the exact name of the installation file .
