Saving background image in render file?

Hi, does anybody know how to save a rendered model with the background image included?

I have ticked the background image in the frame buffer window, but when I save the rendered model, the background image isn’t included.

Use the Copy to clipboard button located in the top VFB toolbar (Chaos Docs)
