# Scatter Block instance

Hi There,

I have created an interior scene and imported a block instance which contains a “scatter” geometry of people.

The people don’t seem to show when i render the scene - the little grey boxes that represent them are there but they don’t show.

Nay ideas how to fix this?

Hi, Justin,

I was unable to replicate that issue on our side.  
Can you please provide us with the following information:

- What is the exact V-Ray for Rhino and Rhino version?  
- Can you provide a short recording of the worckflow and when/how the issue occurs?  
- Was there a linked block in the imported file? If so please see _**[this forum discussion.](https://forums.chaos.com/forum/v-ray-for-rhino-forums/v-ray-for-rhino-bugs/1203718-trouble-importing-vray-objects-into-other-files)**_
