Hello, is it possible to place witch scatter tool object along the curve? Real example: I have a path on the surface(terrain) and I want to place alon that path Vray objects.

For scattering Guests along a curve you need to set the Scattering Mode to “1D - On Splines” and apply the Scatter on the curve:
