Scene keeps crashing

This is my scene from my WIP thread in the Image Uploads forum: Max Scene

It is crashing constantly. I’ve noticed that it tends to crash when I switch between viewports (especially from the camera to other viewports) and sometimes when I’ve clicked on the sun. It has crashed in other cases as well. I can’t figure out what could be causing the problem. Others in my WIP thread have tried the file and had similar problems. Any ideas?

What are your video drivers set to? I had no problems with the file using OpenGL. I switched to D3D and then it crashed fairly quickly.

I’ve changed that and so far so good. That might have fixed it. Shame because the OpenGL driver is slower, but at least it’s working.
