search by material name

Hi There,
I have a scene with a huge amount of materials in, and have 1 material bump map giving some problems. it is named Map 4. This is the map name, and not the jpg name.
I have tried “SearchMaterialAndMaps” and “Material-SceneMaterialMapFloater” scripts from Scriptspot, 1 gives me errors and the other just hangs. Anybody know of a simple way to search by “material name”?

You should be able to find it using the Material Explorer

great! thanks got it. never new the material explorer existed. never to old to learn!
