Seating Area

This is just an image that I put together in a day. Let me know what you think and what needs to added/removed/changed/etc. Models are from Evermotion. Thanks

I love it! Very very nice!

…wow…perfect rendering!!!

VERY NICE

Everything looks nice…

very nice render…

I don’t know what to say…

Perfect… Great work.

the daforce s “s curve” might pump up da greiness in it!
but its a very nice looking shoot allready!

nice job. I would use 2 sided material on those lamp shades though. The shadow caused by the lamp shade is the same value of say the window mullion. 2 sided material done correctly would lighten that shadow and make the image just that much more realistic.

I’m super excited that all of you like my image. Thanks everyone.

ene.xis: I used the S-curve on the image but I did it on my home monitor yesterday and when I brought it to work and viewed in on my work monitor is was really dark. The image that you see here is a result of having the original S-curved image be the “background layer” and a second S-curver image layer with Screen applied be the second layer. I then changed the opacity of the second layer to 75% and that is what you see here.

i see…i gave it a go here…but the darks became too dark…but less flat…give it a 2nd go

Nice Rendering! Love the detail!

Nice render indeed!!!

 ahh the s-curve lives on.. thanks ene.xis
I find that if the darks get a ltitle too dark after using s-curve. A quick hit with shadow/highlight in PS can fix that right up.

After reading a previous post of yours a few months back,I use the S-curve and the Shadow/Highlights option of every one of my images. I sometimes apply the smart sharpen filter too. Thanks

Ahhh heheh excellent.

It does work surprisingly well doesnt it

yeah absolutely,
but in this case the darks got to dark cause the curves had been allready tuned…

Daforce i m an “s-curve” preacher!
