When direct illumination is checked in the vray self illuminating materials the lighted material does not show up in the reflection. when this is unticked it shows up fine.
Any suggestions?
I am using vraysp4a and max2010 64 bit
Starting with a fresh, simple file, Vray Light Materials here are showing up in reflections as you’d expect, whether or not Direct Illumination is checked.
Perhaps you might start with a simplified file or objects and slowly bring it to the state you now have it in. I have flushed out many problems that way in the past.
