Just a Cube and Sky with LightMat and hdr crashes.

I cleaned old versions before.

Full-speed non-debug version

Confirmed here too (created a new scene for it, using an HDRI image that has worked in the past).

Just installed the latest build and now I can’t open my last project created in the previous build. I’ll re-install previous build for now. Have a good weekend all :slight_smile:

we are getting crashes when using HDR too. These can be on render start but it isn’t consistent. Last night the render reached 27 mins and then froze C4D entirely. I can’t confirm if the two crash types are linked to HDRs but I’m struggling to find another cause currently.

Tom or anyone, could we get a crashing scene for this one? I cannot get it to crash with the newest release.

I don’t have the crash any more either - my one was just in a new scene with an HDRI added, and that works fine now. If any user is still having a crash with the latest release, please send in the scene to us! :smiley:

Just bumping this thread - does anyone have a crashing HDRI map? If so, we’d like to have it to be able to fix this, if it’s still an issue.

Closing this, because it seems to be fixed. If anyone finds out it’s crashing again, please create another report.
