I am running Enscape from Sketchup 2020 and everything has been working perfectly fine until i downloaded the latest Enscape version. Now, when I launch Enscape from within my Sketchup model, it briefly begins to load libraries, etc. and rather than opening, an message appears that reads…

Server Busy - The action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose “Switch to” to activate the busy program.

I am running Windows 11 and just recently updated everything with windows, sketchup and enscape.

Any ideas? Please help.

Could you send us a feedback report via the Enscape Feedback Button so we receive more information, Enscape does not need to be started to do so.

Hello, I am receiving this same error. I submitted feedback through the button. Was there a known fix for this? Thank you!

I’ve been having this same issue, keeps me from using SketchUp at all. I installed the latest version and that worked for a few days and then the same error with the latest version installed. I literally had to uninstall Enscape so I could open a SketchUp file. Please let us know how we can fix this issue. I have SketchUp 2021 and had the latest version of Enscape installed.
