I have a nicely model site plan, but when I do a shapemerge, from a spline, I can’t detach the it. Usually, I can turn the geometry into a mesh, pick poly, and it’ll select only the shapemenrged part, but not always. This time, it isn’t working. What is the key?

maybe the normals are flipped?
I need the geometry separate, or at least separate id’s. Doesn’t that script just conform geometry?
