Shortcut to Update Scene when Auto Update is Off

Is there a shortcut for Update Scene?

Here is why I ask / Use case if this does not exist already.

When I am working on a VERY HEAVY scene, I leave off the Auto Update.

Then, I click the Update Button, but turn it back off.

Problem is, the Update button is RIGHT NEXT TO the Start Enscape button.

Clicking the Start Enscape button, forces a Refresh of the ENTIRE MODEL.

When this is a HEAVY SCENE, it takes 10+ minutes.

This workflow requires clicking the Update Button MANY TIMES.

This means, the Start Enscape button WILL be pressed on accident.

Therefore, a shortcut would be VERY useful.

I would like to see this as an added feature too. Right now the only options are to “Pause Live Updates” and “Resume Live”. It would be nice to have a one time update button that pushes the changes made in the model up to that point, but doesn’t put Enscape into “Live” mode.

I often click “Resume Live” and then go work on something else while it updates. When I come back I can forget that it is in “Live” mode and start to make changes, which makes the update process start all over again and I lose that time. I would almost never work in a “Live” mode if there was a single update button.
