Signed installers for Mac?

Is Chaos signing installers for the Mac? I work on a company-managed machine and am locked out of the firewall settings, and whenever I have problems with the License Server and have to reinstall it, it seems like it’s a huge pain to get it working again. The firewall is set to automatically allow signed applications to receive incoming connections, but given the fact that I always have to do the Right click → Open maneuver with Chaos apps (the OS won’t let them run, otherwise), I’m wondering if the installers aren’t signed, and if that’s part of the problem?

Cinema 4D. All the Chaos installers I run on the Mac give me this:

I end up having to do the right click → open process. I can add it as an exception to the security settings, but I see this, which made me wonder what’s going on:

Same here, I always need the right click process on C4D. A minor issues for me but many inexperienced users may have problem with that.

Well the installers are signed so that shouldn’t be the reason.

I don’t think the nightlies installers are signed though.

ZIP-ed files could not be signed.
