SimGokBon Parking Lot and some extra room for other staff

I just noticed there is a separate room for unfinished works.. Mine is actually finished but in my case high reality is not required or I would even say not desired very much so I never dared to post on Showcase.. Very often I just model in sKetchup and then architects decide will do a quick render cos it is so easy not with ENS.. it is just enough to press that play button - right? Not really lots of time to improve.. More of office reality then the art work..

So here is some parking building.. it has some other functions on the first floor but mainly parking space..

The transparent buildings were modeled but I had to render twice with buildings and without and join it together in Gimp cos of the shadows.. There is no shadow if You make something transparent in ENS.. As I mentioned no high realism.. The most important for the architect was that the white elevation material is white in render.. Which is not that easy actually.. Image is too bright.. cos when we print it tends to get darker..

Elevations.. hm.. directions of the word ignored cos I had to have exact the same conditions to get consistent colours on each side.. clients have problems with understanding why one elevation is more bluish and other more yellowish.. and White as close as possible to white.. I very often end up adding some self luminance to achieve that..

and here something that I am actually proud of.. Putting our building on the site.. I’ll put with and without only the first..

This is obviously only a building rendered (actually with the site for better reflections) and added in GIMP to the foto..

any criticism welcomed and expected.. suggestions questions etc

very awesome work! very satisfying especially what have you done on the real site..

thanks.. always very nice to be appreciated..

actually this is a bit annoying part. I mean matching the sKetchup camera with the view on the foto. Once it is done.. a bit of trying with the lightning to find good colours, white balance.. Usually had to give up HDR in lightning cos they give very specific tones which doesn’t mostly correspond to the time in which foto was taken.. You can probably fix that in Photoshop but personally I try to avoid any extra work in PS. Of course blending together Foto and render there is no other option but no extra adjustments except layer mask.. So I can quickly rerender if there are some changes and it gives comparable results.

I like it a lot @tomasz_drgas - I know which building was added post-process, but if I didn’t, I’d think I’m just looking at a photo with the building already standing. Great work!

…an impressive project and an impressive project insight (which I would like to see more often here in the forum) - thanks for that!

I personally appreciate it very much when such works let recognize a clear graphic touch as seen in your top illustrations. Here you have done a so great job! and finally this kind of not 100% photorealistic graphics creation is not at all unusual in our scene.

“Enscape render for an entire year” - worthy is also your photomontage - Wow!

(and quite rightly you may be proud of it!)
Best

thank You @EGIESTO .. That’s very kind words.. in an amount that my wife gives me not in a year time.. hh. But that is a topic for another forum..

??..to which you please invite me immediately!!!
