To render in local network with 3 pc using vray 1.46.09 DR, i must use also backburner? and How many licences of v-ray i need?
thanks.
quick answer:
no and 1
Actually you have to use backburner if you need to render animation using GI becouse Vray DR doesnt support incremental add to current map for DR.
you shouldn’t be rendering animations using DR anyway.
DR is meant for rendering a single large frame as quickly as possible
thank you,
someone can help me to find tutorials regarding DR VRAY ?
DR is the bigger mistery of vray… we never know when it is going to work, thats a shame , at least for me that untill now cant use its improvements… ![]()
Hi lorimielome
I think the online help is pretty straight-forward and helpful for setting up your pcs for DR - if something doesn’t work, then you can read the Troubleshooting section, if there you don’t find an answer, try switching off firewalls and maybe anti-virus progs.
i have to say now that at least for me, the mistery was solved. with the new vray and peter’s help, everything is working fine for the first time, new and best days are coming up to now!!, thanks peter, thanks Tedi and thanks vray team, you’re great!!
