sketch-up freezes when I start ? help plz

Hello,
yesterday I downloaded the 30 day demo of vray and when I started sketch-up, the activation window came up and then it freezes :frowning: .

I am running windows vista 32bit

Make sure that you are connected to the internet when you star SU.
