sketchup bugsplat when i clicking output setting

I have a problem , I use enscape on sketchup :sketchup:

I use normally but a week ago i found this problem

sketchup bugsplat when i clicking output setting

its error every file.

I try to repair enscape but not work..

who found this error similar me , help me pls ;(
