Right now I have test version of Enscape and I am planning to buy it after this period finish. But when I downloaded first time, asset library was working, now it is totally empty. I updated it to the last version, and where is no 3D models anymore, I thought this happened because of newer version of Enscape, then I changed the previous one. 4.11.0.162, but problem still persists, All 3D asset library models are gone! Why is that? X(

We are investigating some of these ongoing problems (mainly with the newly implemented Chaos Cosmos to deliver assets) and behaviors, and at the moment, you can try the following, as detailed by one of the Cosmos developers: RE: Problems related to Chaos Cosmos
Should none of these steps make a difference, though, please ideally forward this behavior through a dedicated official support report as detailed here and we’ll get back to you with further troubleshooting steps shortly thereafter.
