Slow Network

Hi

We have just moved into a new office and finding the network very slow.

Everything goes through a central patch rack and channels the network data and the internet - both of which are noticeably slower than the last office.

Does anyone have a method to quantify the flow of data and internet which I can compare with the last office and put to our current landlord ?

you might want to check the cabling that the new office has, especially on the server connections.
