Hello guys, I´m new around here.

I started working with Sketchup and Enscape about a year ago and I would like your opinion on this model !

Hello @Bpinho and welcome to the forum! I am always happy to see new people join and share their creations! I have to say that I really like your scene and composition!

Since you asked for feedback, I will share a couple of my thoughts with you.

  • I feel some kind of “disconnect” of the building to the environment it is supposed to be. Where is the building supposed to be in the world and what time is it? I see lush vegetation and clear sky with thin clouds and based on the sun shadows it is either morning or evening but the scene’s colors are very muted. I would try some color grading to change the saturation, tone and contrast to create a greater feeling of “presence” of the building in its environment. You can also play with these values and have stronger color saturation in the middle of the image to provide cues for your focal point or vice versa; experiment!   • I notice that there is some noise that is especially visible on the glass panels. If that’s Enscape’s problem, then it will probably be fixed in the upcoming updates with the integration of a new denoiser. But you could also try specialized denoising applications for your platform where you just supply your rendering and they try to smooth it out. I don’t have a tool to recommend but I am sure you can find something that might fit your needs and vision.

Glad to hear that! For renderings that want to provide a realistic feeling, then every guideline that is given for photography also applies here. The fact that the renderings are computer generated doesn’t matter, the feelings and ideas you want to convey with your renderings are what matter. So you can also dig into photography blogs that maybe specialize in building photography.
