Small Interior Garden

Heres muy recent render, very simple but enjoy doing it! your c&c are most welcome

Re: Small Interior Garden

Cool pics. The carpet displacement is awesome. Did you use just displacement? Bump map? I followed the “Lets Make a Rug” tutorial, and downloaded the model, but since the Rug used in the tutorial is way too big, i haven’t been able to create that type of displacement, with the same texture and alpha map, etc. What’s the trick in creating that type of displacement?

Re: Small Interior Garden

Awesome renders bro. The last one looks like you’re hiding (not for claustrophobic folks). Is the grass 3D ?
I enjoy watching your work, keep posting, and keep on the good work!

Re: Small Interior Garden

charlie: the carpet is done the same way as the tutorial, in fact it is the same carpet, hehe, tricks with displacements are really to change the settings of the displacement.

40th: thx bro, i apreciate your words. yes the grass is 3D.

hehe, yep looks like a little bug took the picture ;D

Re: Small Interior Garden

Pantomime communication …?

Re: Small Interior Garden

To be honest…I don’t know what I could say, in order to express all the admiration that I have for this man and his work. We started to use vray in the same time, we had a very supportive communication, we both dreamed that one day one day…we will rock vray. This day arrived, at least for him.

HELL YEAH my brother!!!

Re: Small Interior Garden

Great and clean renders.. perfect materialisation and vibe created!

One thing: the stone’s in the patio look great from above but in the third picture from aside they don’t.
Further only compliments

btw does the wall-material contain displacement or is it just a texture? Looks so nice..

Re: Small Interior Garden

very nice images. Simple design is complimented very much by your style

Re: Small Interior Garden

Great work again, TEO

Re: Small Interior Garden

Really nice design, modelling texturing and renders. Really reminds me of a guest house I stayed at in Kyoto, although their enclosed garden was much bigger- about 3m².

Re: Small Interior Garden

Haha just enough space to swing my small cat around.

Re: Small Interior Garden

it always bother me though,

VfSU could produce great result when doing it on a small scene rendering (in my opinion).
but when the scale getting much bigger, lots of problem came down pouring.
i guess this field do require much experience and sweat.

Re: Small Interior Garden

thx guys for the replys, and yes its a small garden more like a light cube with some plants ;D

aufi alwi: ¿?

Re: Small Interior Garden

sry for babbling about things here, nice render anyways.

just concern about the performance of the software when it come to high scene rendering, or it just me…still crawling

Re: Small Interior Garden

hehe, no problem bro…and about performance with big scenes..have you see free agent exterior renders, some of them are massive or silver shadows are massive too, i think comparing with 3d max your right but still very good results can be achieve with vray for skp, it just need some patient and a lot of practice, see ya around bro!!

Re: Small Interior Garden

So how is the performance of the software, when it comes to the high scene rendering? I am just being curious to this before I could have one for me either. Anyway it is really nice design and the texturing and renders.
