[solved] Cancel save on exit will save file anyway in 3ds max

i have this issue with 3dmax 2014 and also 2019, when i close 3dmax it asks me - save/dont save/cancel _ when i hit dont save it save the project anyway and rewrite my last save.
Any solution to avoid it? THx
