[solved] Shadow catcher shadows on a transparent PNG

This one is a short one. Might be a dumb one too but is there a way to get shadows to show up on a transparent .png image?

Hmm, does it not? Screenshot from yesterdays scene to desperately trying to get a proper mask for transparent maps. In the center there is a shadow catcher box behaving like what you want?

I have no idea what I was thinking when posting this but apparently its indeed working.
