Hi!
I’ve been kind of new to Enscape and now I have a problem that I can not solve.
If I use assets from the library that I have used before (in an other model), the assets don’t show…
I am able to see the assets in my SketchUp model, but when I open Enscape there is just nothing.
I have the latest Enscape update and I tried uninstalling and installing again, but now I’m just lost.
It is really unnoying, because the more I use Assets, less and less of them are showing.
Is there somebody that can please help me…?!

I have just purchased a Surface Book 3 which is meant to be great for Revit and Enscape, the graphics card is working properly and it’s drivers are up to date. Enscape worked perfectly on initial installation but failed to render Enscape assets after various Windows updates. Do you think it may have been caused by a Windows 10 update?

I had this same issue in the latest Enscape update. I was using offline assets and after the upgrade some of the assets I use commonly could not be found. I unchecked the Use Offline Assets and they showed back up. I then removed all of my offline asset folders and re checked the Use Offline Assets box to download everything fresh.

I using SketchUp 2021.
I just started using Enscape (v impressive).
I found the Enscape Sample Project which Includes a Sample Library Museum, I liked the trees in there so to begin practising I copied one, and took it into my own landscape SketchUp model, in SketchUp it looks the same as in the Library Museum but when I render in Enscape it becomes invisible.
What do I need to do to change that, sorry if it is very obvious!
