Hi, i use sketchup 2023 and vray 6, some cosmos assets give download error, in people section for now.. One of them downloaded but as soon as i import it in the scene, sketchup crashes, Saki Posed 009 one..

I was able to reproduce the crash when importing Saki Posed 009 asset and it is internally logged as SK-5397. I checked some other assets, but only this one crashed - if you can point out any other crashing assets please let me know.
As for the downloading error, first make sure to update Cosmos Browser to the latest version and if you still have this problem please open a ticket to our Tech Support team (request type: Licensing assistance, installation and configuration) and add a screenshot of the error message.
