All are very nice, especially the first interior one, but the fly is most interesting, did you do it the hard way?

The Fly looks a bit like a technique i recently read in cgtalk´s ParticleFlow Thread. A Particle Flow setup, that fills objects with moving particles wich create splines along their motionpath.
