The floor is a VrayMtl with just a diffuse color I sampled from the concrete in the photo and .9 glossiness. The floor object is set to matte under the Vray Properties with shadows and affect alpha turned on.
The only post work was some color/brightness balancing, and adding the artwork in the back (which no one could decide on until the last minute). Everything else came from the render.
