Some Tests

Hello guys, we have been testing Enscape for a couple of days to see if it pass the benchmark and we are quite happy with the output.

Please have a look at the images and let us know what you think.

Wow thanks for sharing! You managed to deliver the clean and comfortable feel of a living room - great! You could add detail with 3d RPCs if you use Revit.

Thumbs up!

@F.Garcia Great images! Did you use bloom (Enscape settings/Image tab) and a slightly higher brightness? In such situation with a lot of bright colors the shapes seems a little bit unclear and the image looks a bit overexposed.

Nice tests.

Thomas and Jonathan, is there a way to increase the GI quality to avoid the splotches?

@Micha In the 2.1 version we will optimize the quality regarding noise/splotches.

Thanks guys for the comments

I have actually bright the images in photoshop a little bit because when you print the overall image with the default settings, exposure, were too dark

Thomas,

The quality of Revit RPC or better the realism are not very good, that is why we did not want to reduce the sharpness of the image by having these elements.

Jonathan,

If there is any bloom on these images is the default from Enscape.

By the way, we are using a high res HDR.

Thanks

For v2.0, you can increase the noise reduction slider in the capture tab. In v2.1 this will be automatically adjusted.

The quality of RPCs varies a lot. But have a look at this example, that was created in Revit. It uses a lot of the new RPC content to make it look pretty detailed.
