I read a thread here where people mention that they upgraded to vray 1.5 sp1, but i can’t find any additional info about it.

Yep, they did… a couple of issues popped up with some changes that I made so I had to go back correct them (good that we have those tests :-)). We’ll see how tonight’s batch will go…

In some “web sites” we can see to download some kind of vray like “1.5 final demo + sp1 cracked” Is this true or this is some hexa’s code changed?

The demo was put together from an early version of the service pack, and says SP1 in its version stamp. However, it is not the service pack that we will be releasing.

Cant stop pirates, however the best value from vray is in membership to these forums, which you might not realise vlado, however we all do

Well, the dongle seems to have went a long way without cracks. Hope it’s still like that.
We know in sometime they will find a way to vray works correctly without dongle, but I agree with werticus, the best value from vray is the forum and support.
There will be a notification email, yes (to the email address that is attached to your login account for the support section on our site).
