SP3 vs. SP3a?

Hi,

What is the difference between SP3 and SP3a? I’m using max 2008 with SP2 and was going to install SP3 or SP3a but dunno the difference.

SP3a has a version for 3ds Max 2010; it also includes some important crash and other fixes.

but when i downloaded sp3a for max2010 i found file with 0 kb … is it ok now ?
