The startup window doesn’t go away even after Enscape fully opens, and I can use Sketchup. It suddenly started even after I close and reopen SKP, the issue continues. In the screenshot, both SKP/Enscape are minimized, and Internet browser is active. The startup window is covering everything, and I can’t even move it.
I’m sorry to hear about that @L.S , in the first instance, can you perhaps simply re-install Enscape briefly? And make sure to use our latest release to install Enscape again. If that doesn’t help, it would be really great to receive a feedback report as well with your log files! Thank you in advance.
It was the latest release. Another file doesn’t have the same glitch. I won’t forget to submit feedback report when the same glitch happens again.
