I am able to create the stereo panoramas without any trouble but when I try to upload the images to the cloud so I can get the QR code, it tells me there was a problem during upload. It doesn’t tell me what the problem is so I have no idea what I need to do to resolve it. I can’t find any threads with a similar problem, either.
I cannot reproduce yet. Which Enscape version do you use? Does it still fail to upload?
It does still fail to upload. I have created two panoramas now and neither will upload to the cloud. I’m using Plugin version 1.0.17347.1046 and Enscape version 2.1.1.2-g4139be7
It does tell me I have a new version of Enscape available, should I download it? I have a presentation on the 22nd and I was hoping to have these stereo panoramas.
Thanks!
Sure you can download new version, its a fresh stable release. You can always roll back to an older version if something goes wrong.
We’ll check what’s up with the version you use now. Please also make sure its not a problem on your PC or network. And let us know if new version will solve the problem.
@bsoler Older versions also worked fine for me. It seems to be a problem on your side, in the network or on the PC. It may be Windows Defender or other software, or network policy forbidding Enscape or your PC to access our API address. Make sure your PC/network allows access to http://api.enscape3d.com at port 80.
Let us know if it helps.
How do i
“Make sure your PC/network allows access to http://api.enscape3d.com at port 80.”?
@mmichaelanthony92 Usually the port 80 is open on a private workstation.
We cannot provide an specific instruction as it depends on your OS and the used security solutions.
So if you want to check the status of your firewall/Proxy the keywords for a Google search would be:
- Open ports Firewall/Proxy
- Add Exception Firewall/proxy
