Still waiting for Enscape License

To whom it may concern,

I am currently a second year student at BHC College in Woodstock, and wanting to work on Enscape. I have tried to contact you with regards to difficulty in accessing my Enscape. I informed via email that I received my case number days ago and nobody has informed me how to go from there or contacted me with regards to my issue. is there any way that it can be resolved.

My Enscape has not been activated and i am sitting with me case number. How do I go from there?
