Strange artifacts in renderings

Guys im getting these strange artifacts in my renderings. Can some one shed some light on the situation. Im useing Vray Build 1461070 (advanced). All Materials are vray materials , lights are direct with vray shadows. Here is the image as well as screen grabs of my settings. Any help would be appricated. Thanks gadzooks

not really sure what im looking at .. have you any overlapping
face’s ?

natty i checked, and no overlapping faces ,or co planar faces. Is my Subdivisions for the lights or global subdivisons causing it?
