Very nice and some interesting camera angles. “I” personally hate that ceiling lampn but thats just me, everybody is entitled to like what he/she wants.
Looks pleasing to the eye, although contrast might be a bit too much in places. What Rawalanche said about the floor roughness, also the floor herringbone pattern looks too small scale-wise? might just be me

which noise reduction you use?
is that the exactly same map in overrides? Why?

@keymaster… what exactly are we to put in the overrides anyway? n reasons pls?
use it only when you want to create unrealistic results (like flat lighting with HDRI reflections, or vice versa). Never assign the same map as for the main background. It can influence the result only negatively.

I think the arrangement of the two pictures is somewhat unfortunate, I cannot unsee it as single interior with really weird table
