my enscape in revit is stuck at loading. I have version 3.0.2.45914, it works well with sketchup and archicad but my main software is revit so I want it to work with revit, I have reinstalled both revit and enscape but theissue still persist, I sent an email to you feedback

I cant upgrade, like my machine allows only earlier versions so upgrading is not possible, I just want this or earlier versions to work on Revit since they work on other software’s using the same machine
In that case, please kindly submit the report as mentioned - That would be very helpful so that we can check out the log files themselves too.
like it does not crush so there is no error that I can submit, it just stops at 5% n keeps loading with no any results so at the end i end up canceling it
Even without an error, we still receive the log files which most often display issues with which we can work then. So, it’s simply pressing the Feedback button and including your name/e-mail, ideally, a link to this thread in the submission form itself and that is it. Thanks!
