Student licens problem.

Hi. I’ve tried to register a student license. I misinterpreted the description from school and entered my private email address. Then I got a mail from you telling me that I wasn’t registering with a student email and therefore the account didn’t go through. Now I have tried couple of times to register with my student email. I confirm my email and nothing happens. Can you please look into this as I need to have this up and running.
