Hi,

Almost 5 days ago I submitted my information to get a student license. I did receive an email to confirm my email address but have not heard back from you. I was wondering how much longer I will need to wait? It is kind of urgent for me to download and start using the software.

@edittm20 , it may take up to 10 days until you receive your student license - if you have not received a license by then, please contact for further support. If you still won’t hear back from us, let me know again and I’ll see where it’s stuck.
